PAN's instructors have extensive teaching backgrounds in diverse fields. They are well-versed in Pennsylvania Notary Public law, motor vehicle transactions, complex notarial forms and procedures.

Brian Crocker

Barry Lynch

Barry Lynch enjoys meeting new people at PAN seminars. A graduate of Lock Haven University with a bachelor's degree in education, Barry taught for eight years at Bishop Carroll High School, Ebensburg. After graduating from Temple University with a bachelor's degree in education, Michael spent several years teaching in the Philadelphia Public School system.
