In this seminar you will learn about real world threats to a notary. The information taught will help you protect yourself from common mistakes that leave notaries open to possible litigation or fines.

You will tackle the 9 steps to notarize a document and look in-depth at the most common powers of a notary. About 99 percent of all notarized documents are either affidavits or acknowledgments. Yet, most notaries who have not had education cannot tell the difference between affidavits and acknowledgments. You'll also learn what to do when there is no notarial wording on the document and how to handle complex documents.

MVcourse Basic Seminar

MVcourse Basic is the required training designed for new motor vehicle agents and their employees who have less than 5 years motor vehicle experience in Pennsylvania. The Basic course is six hours of instruction designed to give in depth and well organized introductions to the most common transactions and procedures done for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Instruction includes basic form completion with motor vehicle certificates of title, forms MV-1, MV-4ST, MV-120, Pennsylvania insurance requirements, determining motor vehicle fair market values and more.

PAN's MVcourse Basic has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for six hours of CLE credit for substantive law, practice and procedure.

MVcourse Advanced Seminar

MVcourse Advanced is the required bi-annual training designed for returning motor vehicles agents and their employees who have previously taken the MVcourse Basic training or already have 5 or more years motor vehicle experience in Pennsylvania. The advanced course is four hours of intense instruction designed for experienced agents to review standard Department of Motor Vehicle policies and procedures and update agent services of new procedures including re-issuing temporary registrations, new requirements under privacy of information laws, Pennsylvania's Electronic Lien and Title Program (ELT), and resources now available through the department of transportation Web site.

PAN's MVcourse Advanced has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for six hours of CLE credit for substantive law, practice and procedure.
