PAN's Signature Verification Log enables issuing agents to record the pertinent facts every time the issuing agent or an employee verifies a customer's signature. Each dated record contains the employee's name and title/position, information identifying the customer and the vehicle, the form of ID accepted, and any other remarks. Shaded rows make it easy to identify all information concerning a particular verification.
