As an issuing agent, you have 20 days after its request to provide the Department of Transportation with a temporary plate inventory report. Complying is a snap if you use our logbook. It provides space for your T-plate shipments from PennDOT and space for each plate you issue (including customer name, address, vehicle identification information and proof of insurance).
