The new notary public law contains fundamental changes in the way Pennsylvania notaries fulfill their notarial duties.

The notice for the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA), published on April 28, 2017 in the Pennsylvania Bulletin, indicates the effective date of the new notary public law as October 26, 2017.

PAN is offering a free white paper on the fundamental changes in the notary public law that Pennsylvania notaries will need to know and follow by October 26, 2017.
