Notary Public Errors and Omissions Insurance is protection for the notary when a mistake is made fulfilling the notarial role - a mistake that causes your customer to suffer financial loss. It protects you if you are ever sued for your actions. Even if you never make a mistake, there is always a possibility that you may be falsely accused of wrongdoing.

Member's who purchase qualified education will get a discounted rate of $144 for a 4 year notary E&O insurance policy. Otherwise, your cost will be $240.

The First Time Notary Seminar and the Everyday Notary Challenges Seminar has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three hours of CLE credit per seminar for substantive law, practice, and procedure.

Fees and Other Things You Should Know

A $25 fee will be charged for cancellations made 10 days or less prior to the date of the seminar. No transfers or refunds will be given the day before, the day of, or any time after the seminar. Lunch will not be provided. ID is required to enter the mandatory seminar and no one without ID will be admitted. Everybody attending must be pre-registered, NO WALK-INs will be admitted. PAN reserves the right to change the price of any product or service at any time without prior notice.

PAN's First Time Notary, Notary Reappointment, Everyday Notary Challenges, PANcourse Online Seminars have been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and zero hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.
