STEP 4: Add a RULONA Compliant Notary Journal

PAN's Notary Journal contain all the entries mandated by the new notary public law (RULONA) effective October 26, 2017. If you continue to use your notary register as of October 26, you will be required to include columns for all the new information per RULONA, including document description, clerical and administrative fees, notarial acts, customer address, date and time of notary act, identification method, identification details.

STEP 5: Add a Practical Guide for Notaries Public in Pennsylvania

The Practical Guide is the most comprehensive handbook written specifically for Pennsylvania notaries. Reference material includes the full text of RULONA, regulations drafted by the Department of State, contact information for county offices and an index. The Notary Reappointment Seminar has been approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three hours of CLE credit per seminar for substantive law, practice, and procedure.
