Betsy Stubna joined The Foreman Group as marketing manager in its Zelienople office.
The Foreman Group is a full service architectural and engineering firm comprised of eight separate but cohesive companies that take design projects from ideas to ribbon-cutting and beyond. Betsy manages all facets of the Group’s marketing efforts, increasing their brand equity and positioning the company as an expert in the field.
She is also the executive director of the 501(c)3, The Foreman Foundation, in which she drives melanoma research fundraising efforts, recruits pro-active board members and configures an expansion plan and program evaluation.
Betsy joined PAN in June 2015 and completes notarizations for professionals working with The Foreman Group.
“My employer, Phillip Foreman, also permits me to do notarizations for employees at no cost and as a benefit,” said Betsy, who as a member of the Zelienople Chapter of Rotary International also provides free notarizations to fellow Rotarians.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Major Field MBA in Market Development from Waynesburg University. To earn a Major Field MBA, a complex and standardized exam is given to graduate students to test for learning, retention and application of all topics covered in a particular Master’s program.
“If a student places in the top 10 percent in the nation, that means that of all MBA graduates for that year from all participating colleges and universities, they have practical knowledge in their major and are certified as such,” she said. “It’s an honor to hold this designation.”
Patti Cullen recently became a notary and joined PAN to add a new benefit feature to her recently launched company, Cullen Virtual Assistance (CullenVA).
Located in Feasterville, Bucks County, Patti’s company provides customized administrative, creative and technical support to small businesses, entrepreneurs and busy adults who are challenged with balancing work and personal lives. CullenVA handles routine administrative tasks such as responding to E-mail inquiries, planning special events, designing E-mail marketing campaigns, customer service follow-up and managing busy calendars.
She is able to offer mobile notary services and travels to senior and assisted living facilities, local businesses and private residences to perform notarizations.
“I spent over 35 years working for major corporations. I made the choice to make life more simple and enjoyable and I wanted more flexibility in my life,” said Patti.
Her prior work experience includes serving as an executive assistant to high-level management, meeting and event manager, administrative supervisor with an eightperson staff, and corporate social responsibility manager.
She learned about PAN through Ronald Long, a long-time PAN member.
“I want to help my clients work smarter, not harder and give them more time to focus on growing their businesses and spending quality time with family and friends,” Patti said.
She is married and has two children, ages 29 and 21.
