"No Registration Applied For" Stamp

Stamp inprints “No Registration Applied For” on the pink copy of the MV-1 (Application for Certificate of Title), MV-4ST (Vehicle Sales and Use Tax Return/Application for Registration) and MV-120 (Temporary Intransit Registration Plate Card or Temporary Transit Card) to protect yourself from attempted misuse of these forms. Also lets PennDOT know the application is for title only.
