PAN's Notary Journal contain all the entries mandated by the new notary public law (RULONA) effective October 26, 2017. If you continue to use your notary register as of October 26, you will be required to include columns for all the new information per RULONA, including document description, clerical and administrative fees, notarial acts, customer address (city and state only), date and time of notary act, identification method, identification details.
