Notary Expert Available for Speaking Engagements
Marc L. Aronson, president and CEO of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries (PAN), is available to speak to your professional organization, company or civic group on the new notary public law - RULONA.
RULONA took effect on October 26, 2017 and replaced the Notary Public Law of 1953 with a modern law. Additionally, it authorizes the Department of Sate to issue regulations that implement and enforce the proper performance of notarial acts.
Although not an attorney, Marc participated as an official observer on the Uniform Law Commission Drafting Committee that wrote RULONA. He also worked closely with state legislators and the Department of State to make sure the new law benefited Pennsylvania notaries and their customers.
The RULONA presentation can be scheduled either at your location or as a webinar. Typically, the presentation runs an hour to an hour and a half.
Contact Marc by E-mail at [email protected] or call 412-281-0678, Ext. 113, to schedule a presentation customized to your audience.
Please note: This presentation does not fulfill the education requirement for first-time or renewing notary applicants.
