Production Delays

Our laser engraving equipment is currently down for repair. As a result, we are unable to produce custom stamps, seals, or signs. We expect service to resume by July 24, 2025. Once operations resume, fulfilling outstanding orders will be our top priority. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.

Personal Appearance Rule Suspended for Court Reporters

by PAN

Governor Tom Wolf issued an order declaring a statewide judicial emergency and the Pennsylvania Court Reporters Association sought an emergency administrative order for the next three to six months whereby they could use current technology available and swear-in witnesses remotely. Depositions, arbitrations, hearings and many other proceedings are being cancelled when they could be held via phone conference, videoconference, or web deposition if the court reporter could participate remotely.

This applies ONLY to court reporters/stenographers participating in criminal, civil and administrative proceedings in this Commonwealth. It does not apply to all Pennsylvania notaries.
