State Needs Current Email Addresses

by PAN

Since the Department of State now sends Notice to Appointee letters and blank bonds via email, it is important that the State has your current email address.

To update your email through the State’s website, go to the link and fill out the form:  https://www.dos.pa.gov/OtherServices/Notaries/NotaryServices/Pages/Update-Information-.aspx

PAN members can notify us regarding an email change. Additionally, PAN members do not have to email their Notice to Appointee letters or blank bonds to us. We are notified by the State when notaries are appointed. Once we receive that notification, we will execute your notary bond and mail it to you. Your notary equipment will be mailed separately.

Notary applications that have been rejected by the State are still being mailed out via the U.S. Postal Service.
