Here at PAN, we had pretty much the same reaction to our 2018 Member Satisfaction Survey results. You like us; you really like us.
We randomly selected 11,479 PAN members to receive the survey. Thank you to the 758 members who answered our questions and wrote comments on what they thought of PAN and the services we provide.
Your responses to the questions, "How likely are you to recommend PAN to others?" made us very happy. Six hundred and five of you (80.35 percent) said you would definitely recommend us to others. The other responses were:
You love our customer service department. "I know there is someone there that has answers to whatever questions I might have," and "Customer service is always kind. They never make me feel like my questions are stupid."
Our Education Department received top-notch comments as well. "The Education classes are ALWAYS helpful and I learn something new each time." "The reappointment classes are very informative. I have recommended PAN to others because you are all #1 in my book."
Some of you mentioned the value you receive from reading Notary Notes. "I like Notary Notes because they summarize everything for me. They give great info."
The Notary Notes is very informative on any new requirements/updates."
Our reappointment reminders were mentioned by several members. "they walk me through the re-upping of my commission and provide the education that is required." "Reappointment assistance and paperwork is clear and easy to follow." "I like that PAN is a one-stop shop for notary reappointment."
