PennDOT has recently published PUB 880, Online Registration Program Reconstructed/Flood Vehicle Processing Guide.  The publication is a new training that can be accessed on PennDOT’s Driver and Vehicle Services website.

All agents in the Online Registration Program are required to read and understand this training by 8/31/2022. 

After all employees at your location have read and understand the material included in this document, you are required to send an email to [email protected] to confirm your agent services business has complied with this training requirement. 

In the email, you must include the enclosed “Agent Training Acknowledgment Form” with your DIN, a list of all your employees involved in agent services and a signature of acknowledgment from each employee that complied with this request.  

Failure to read and understand this training and confirm via the above email will result in the suspension of your reconstructed transaction access through the OLRP agent service until the agent service provider and employees have completed the required training.
