According to the MidAtlantic IADA, PennDOT is changing their packaging and processing of plate orders back from the Pennsylvania Department of General Services warehouse, and moving this work to PennDOT for processing, packaging and mailing the plates.

PennDOT is adding to staffing and hopes to have this plate order delay situation largely remedied in July.
