PAN Member Promoted at Bryn Mawr Trust
Lindsay Saling has been named senior vice president and director of retail banking for Bryn Mawr Trust (BMT), which announced her promotion on January 14, 2020.
Her duties focus on the oversight of the institution's retail delivery channels and servicing of all products and services offered to customers who bank through its retail locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. Lindsay is also responsible for sales management, delivery and fulfillment of deposit, cash management and lending services throughout retail and electronic channels; and delivery infrastructure.
"Lindsay embraces and excels in delivery BMT's high-touch service model and has positively influenced the culture of the retail banking environment since she joined usin early 2016," said Kevin Tylus, president of BMT's banking division in a press release. "She continues to focus, drive and support the development of talent and integration of operational efficiencies. She is an outstanding candidate too and I am pleased to have her lead our retail banking efforts."
Lindsay has more than 20 years of financial services and sales management experience with First Niagara Bank andCitizens Bank. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and is DDI Targeted Selection Certified for interviewing and hiring new candidates. Lindsay volunteers her time with the Brandywine Valley SPCA and is a member of the Riddle Health Foundation Events Committee.
