Luzerne County Repeals Fee for Local Use Effective January 1, 2022
In 2018, Luzerne County passed an ordinance under Act 89 to implement a “Fee for Local Use” of $5 for each vehicle registered to an address located in the county. Luzerne County has since repealed the ordinance. The effective date of the repeal is January 1, 2022.
